How to reach us
Send a message to [email protected] and include:
- Your order number, or the link to your order page.
- Your system: Windows or macOS, and which version.
- The application: Premiere or After Effects, and which version (Help › About).
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
If there was an error message, copy the text of it. A screenshot helps too.
The log file
The panel writes a log of everything it does, and it is the fastest way for us to find a problem. Open it from inside the panel: Settings › Open the log file.
If you lost your order link
The order page’s link is the only way back to your key without asking us. If you lost it, send us the email address you ordered with and we will find it.
